Is it suitable for every level?

Yes. The Rider Code is designed for riders of all levels, from riders familiar with working out, and those just starting out, from recreational riders to ambitious competition athletes. Every trajectory is fully tailored to the individual rider, their goals, experience and personal challenges.

Is it suitable for every discipline?

Absolutely. Whether you ride dressage, showjumping, eventing, western or recreationally, our coaching is designed to improve overall rider performance. The principles of balance, mindset and physical awareness apply across every discipline.

What if I don't have my own horse?

Our training is 100% aplicatble even if you do now have your own horse. Even the position and seat training can be worked on from the ground. Just reach out to us to discover all the posibilities!

What if I'm not an equestrian?

If you’re not an equestrian, no problem! Our expertise in mental coaching, performance anxiety management, personal training, and nutrition is for everyone. While we specialize in supporting equestrians, our methods are universally effective. We love helping individuals from all backgrounds build confidence, resilience, and well-being.

How is the coaching adapted for children and teenagers under 18?

Our youth coaching is specifically adapted to the psychological, physical and emotional development stage of children and teenagers. We create a supportive environment focused on confidence, communication, enjoyment and healthy performance, always in a way that matches the rider’s age, goals and personality.

What if I have an injury or limited mobility?

Every body is different, and our approach reflects that. Training and coaching can be adapted to physical limitations, injuries or recovery processes, always with the goal of creating safe and sustainable progress.

Is the training 1-on-1 or in a group?

The Rider Code primarily focuses on personal guidance and tailored coaching. Depending on the chosen service, support can take place through 1-on-1 coaching, personalised programs or selected small-scale training formats such as in clinics or masterclasses.

Why does the 4-Week Program exist?

The 4-week program is designed as an accessible introduction to The Rider Code and our physical training methods for riders. It’s the perfect starting point to become more aware of your body, movement patterns and physical capabilities as an equestrian.

This program allows riders to build a strong foundation in a structured and approachable way, without feeling overwhelming. It’s an ideal step towards improving balance, stability and overall performance in and out of the saddle.

It also serves as an excellent gateway into our more personalised 1-on-1 coaching and training services, for riders looking to take their development and performance to a higher level.

How does training at The Rider Code work?

Our coaching combines both physical and mental development, specifically tailored to riders and equestrians. Through personal guidance, targeted training and customised programs, we help riders improve their balance, confidence, strength and performance in and out of the saddle.

We understand the doubts riders may have:
Will this really work? What if I’m unsure about the process? Can the plan truly be adapted to my body and goals?

That is exactly why personalisation is at the core of everything we do. There is no one-size-fits-all approach within The Rider Code. Every rider receives dedicated support, honest guidance and a structure designed around their individual needs and ambitions.

What kind of support can I expect?

Our approach is built around personal attention, guidance and genuine support throughout the process. We are committed to helping riders grow, not only physically and mentally, but also in confidence and self-belief.

Your own commitment plays an important role in the progress you achieve, but you will never have to do it alone. The Rider Code is there to guide, support and challenge you every step of the way

Why are the youth & adult prices the same?

We give the same guidance, expertise and care with both our youth and adult riders. We also belief that things shouldn't be more or less expensive because of your age. Both will recieve the exact same amount of our time, energy, knowledge and dedication.

Performance starts from within

At The Rider Code, we believe in the potential behind every rider. Our mission is to guide and support riders in building greater confidence, balance and performance, both mentally and physically.

We invite you to become part of The Rider Code and take the next step in your development with us. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Your growth, trust and progress are at the heart of everything we do.
